1.  THE NINETEENTH ANNUAL ADMIRALS CUP FLOOR HOCKEY TOURNAMENT WILL
BE PLAYED ON 18-19 MARCH 2011 AT THE RHODE ISLAND INDOOR SPORTS
COMPLEX, 170 JEFFERSON BOULEVARD, WARWICK, RI.  ALL MEMBERS OF TEAM
COAST GUARD ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS YEARS TOURNAMENT.
THOSE PLAYERS/TEAMS INTERESTED IN RINK TIME ON 17 MARCH 2011 SHOULD
INQUIRE WITH THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZER MR. PAUL DEARY.
2.  AT THEIR DISCRETION, COMMANDING OFFICERS MAY AUTHORIZE
ADMINISTRATIVE ABSENCE AND PERMISSIVE TRAVEL ORDERS FOR MILITARY
MEMBERS FOR THIS EVENT IAW ARTICLES 7.A.10.B AND 4.G.2.E OF REF A.
3.  ENTRY INTO THIS TOURNAMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST TEN TEAMS.
TEAMS MUST CONSIST OF A MINIMUM OF EIGHT PLAYERS TO A MAXIMUM OF
EIGHTEEN PLAYERS.  THE ENTRY FEE IS 550.00 DOLLARS PER TEAM.
INDIVIDUALS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH A TEAM ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE
AND WILL BE PLACED ON TEAMS THAT NEED MORE PLAYERS.  THERE IS NO
INDIVIDUAL FEE, JUST THE TEAM FEES. ENTRY FEES MUST BE RECEIVED
NOT LATER THAN 25 FEBRUARY 2011.
4.  ENTRY FEES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO MR. PAUL DEARY AND MAILED TO

5.  ALL EXPENSES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ENTRY FEES,
