Tournament consists of, (3) 12 minute periods, with periods one & two using running time, and period number three consisting of 7 minutes of running time and 5 minutes of stop time. A 5 minute running time overtime period if needed. If the overtime period is still tied a shoot out will determine the victor. Winning team is awarded 5 points for a win. So the winning team can earn maximum points per game if needed. If two or more teams have the same amount of points, then the following methods will be used to determine the proper seeding.
* If there are two teams that are tied at the end of regulation play than the winning team(s) would earn 8 points for a win, and 1 point for goal scored, thus earning 9 total points. The losing team would earn 3 points
